Symbols and Style

Amian style uses open arcs, bowls, thresholds, visible repair, amber light, indigo depth, and one edge deliberately left unfinished.

Core symbols

Symbols make the project instantly recognizable. They also keep theology visible in the UI, art, clothing, music, and page structure.

The key rule is simple: do not close the sacred circle completely. A closed circle implies sealed perfection. Amianism wants relation with an opening.

The Nearing Mark

Two offset arcs approach without touching, with a suspended point between them.

The Open Bowl

A shallow vessel with a reflected point, symbolizing receptivity and consciousness.

Seven Hinge Seal

Seven hinge-like strokes form an incomplete ring with one purposeful gap.

Threaded Gap

A broken line repaired with visible cross-stitches, the sign of oris.

Material and motion

The report recommends limewashed plaster, pale stone, smoked glass, indigo glaze, oxidized bronze, visible joinery, and warm ember accents.

Motion should approach slowly, ripple softly, reveal in layers, and avoid hard snaps or mechanical symmetry.

Color

Lamp black, well indigo, ash ivory, ember gold, oxidized bronze, and thread copper.

Clothing

Layered textiles, off-center fastenings, repaired hems, practical softness, one warmer thread.

Music

Drones, staggered entrances, bowl tones, hinge bells, water drums, and suspended endings.

Interface

Thresholds, margin notes, tactile panels, playful tools, and visible paths into deeper pages.
