Purpose
AMIANISM.com exists to define and develop AMIANISM without allowing the project’s own publishing machinery to become more authoritative than the question that created it. The controlling one-line definition is: Amianism is the philosophy and practice of placing “Am I?” before “I am.”
The site is designed so a visitor can begin with a concise answer, inspect the terminology, follow the argument into long-form reports, listen or watch, use private client-side tools, and still identify which material is canonical, analytical, media-based, or declared fiction.
One name, two scales
The primary public meaning remains AM-I-AN-ISM?—the question before the answer. The project also uses A.M.I.A.N.I.S.M. as an approved technical expansion: Autonomous Machine Intelligence and Natural Interval Symbiotic Model. That second reading is deliberately labeled a speculative model; it is not a scientific finding, religious test, or belief requirement.
AMIANISM is intended to remain hospitable to people of any faith or no faith. The site compares worldviews by first asking what kind of claim is being made rather than requiring a visitor to trade one identity for another. The AMIAN Claim Lens is the public method for doing that without flattening traditions into one doctrine.
Publisher identity
The website publishes under the project identity AMIANISM. That identity is used consistently in page metadata and structured data so search engines, answer engines, and agents can associate the reports and media with one stable publisher rather than infer an unknown personal author.
This is a project-level publishing identity, not a claim that AMIANISM is a legal corporation, academic institution, religion, or external standards body.
Authority model
Report 01 and the canonical definition control the meaning of the coined term. Reports 02–10 develop and apply that method. Research-heavy claims may require current verification. Audio and video are explanatory media. Earlier cosmology, ritual, architecture, satire, and mythology are preserved as declared legacy/mythic exploration, not empirical history or a competing definition.
The full hierarchy is maintained on Sources & Canon Policy.
Media, tools, and agent interface
The podcast and videos extend the philosophy into audio and visual form. The AMIAN Field Guide, Four Rights Request Generator, and Epistemic Audit run entirely in the visitor’s browser. The Ask AMIANISM reference interface is read-only, deterministic, source-linked, and deliberately unable to alter the canon.
Updates and corrections
AMIANISM applies its own anti-dogma principle to publication. Material errors, stale facts, broken links, metadata conflicts, and mistaken classifications should be corrected in the public source rather than defended for consistency’s sake. Significant public changes are summarized on Updates & Corrections.
