Applied AMIANISM

Test the label before it becomes the person.

A private diagnostic for automated labels, risk scores, records, and verdicts—plus a client-side Four Rights Request generator.

Direct answer

What does the AMIAN Field Guide do?

It slows a consequential label down. The guide asks where the label came from, what incentives shaped it, whether old evidence has been mistaken for present identity, and whether a real path exists to challenge or correct the result. It does not automatically declare the label false; it asks whether the label has earned the authority it seeks.

FIELD RULE

The purpose is inspection—not automatic rejection.

Some classifications are useful, lawful, well-supported, and proportionate. Some records should remain. Some conduct creates real consequences. The AMIAN Test asks whether the authority of the conclusion exceeds the evidence, whether time and context have been flattened, and whether the affected person has meaningful procedural agency.

The closing question is always double-sided: what remains true and accountable, and what possibility of correction or change remains?
